Return Policy



All items ordered from HotelPillow.com come with a 30 Night Sleep Guarantee. If you return any portion of your order to us within 30 nights from the date that you place your order we will provide you a refund of the purchase price of any items returned less the shipping. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer free FedEx return labels that we can email you to help with the return process.

All orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 25th have until January 31st to return merchandise as long as it's in "Like new" condition - All tags attached, no stains, no cigarette smoke, and no pet hair.

Any product you return must be in LIKE NEW condition.

If the product is not in like new condition we are unable to take either of these actions. For this reason: 1) Any product that has been damaged,stained or washed cannot be returned. 2) Any product that has been used in an environment where persons have smoked near the product cannot be returned. 3) Any product that is missing any of its original retail packaging or labels cannot be returned. 4.) Any product where the tags have been cut off or removed.

If you return any product that is not eligible to be returned, HotelPillow.com at its discretion will either refuse your return shipment or we will refund only 50% of the purchase price of the items returned.

Refund Process: Please email us at sleep@hotelpillows.com to get a Return Authorization number and the correct address where returns should be sent prior to returning any items. Please let us know if you would like us to send you a complimentary FedEx return label.

Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the purchase price of the item. However, the original shipping fee is not refundable for any reason.

Additionally, if you choose to return your order by your own means; the amount that you pay to return the item to our location is not refundable for any reason.
