All items ordered from HotelPillow.com come with a 30 Night Sleep Guarantee. If you return any portion of your order to us within 30 nights from the date that you place your order we will provide you a refund of the purchase price of any items returned less the shipping and handling costs ($8.00) that we incurred in shipping your order to your location. You are responsible for the costs associated with sending the return to our warehouse. If you choose to do an exchange or receive store credit instead of a refund you will receive full credit for the purchase price of all items returned.

Any product you return must be in LIKE NEW condition. When we get product returned to our warehouse that is not brand new we have to either: a) Return this product to the manufacturer for a refund. b) Donate the product to charity.

If the product is not in like new condition we are unable to take either of these actions. For this reason: 1) Any product that has been damaged,stained or washed cannot be returned. 2) Any product that has been used in an environment where persons have smoked near the product cannot be returned. 3) Any product that is missing any of its original retail packaging or labels cannot be returned.

If you return any product that is not eligible to be returned, HotelPillow.com at its discretion will either refuse your return shipment or we will refund only 50% of the purchase price of the items returned.

Refund Process: Please email us at sleep@hotelpillow.com to get a Return Authorization number and the correct address where returns should be sent prior to returning any items. Any shipments sent without a return authorization number will be refused.

Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the purchase price of the item. However, the original shipping fee is not refundable for any reason.



Additionally, you are responsible for paying for the costs to ship the product you return to our warehouse; the amount that you pay to return the item to our location is not refundable for any reason.
