All items ordered from HotelPillow.com come with a 30 Night Sleep Guarantee. If you return any portion of your order to us within 30 nights from the date that you place your order we will provide you a refund of the purchase price of any items returned less the shipping and handling costs ($15.00) that we incurred in shipping your order to your location. You are responsible for the costs associated with sending the return to our warehouse. If you choose to do an exchange or receive store credit instead of a refund you will receive full credit for the purchase price of all items returned.

Please email us at sleep@hotelpillow.com to get a Return Authorization number and the correct address where returns should be sent prior to returning any items. Any shipments sent without a return authorization number will be refused.

Refund Process: Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the purchase price of the item. However, the original shipping fee is not refundable for any reason.

Additionally, you are responsible for paying for the costs to ship the product you return to our warehouse; the amount that you pay to return the item to our location is not refundable for any reason.

Additionally, money paid for gift wrapping is not refundable. Gift wrapping is a service and as such it is not refundable.
