If you return any portion of your order to us within 30 nights from the date that you place your order we will provide you a refund of the purchase price of any items returned less the shipping and handling costs that we incurred in shipping your order to your location($5.00).

You are responsible for the costs associated with sending the return to our warehouse.

Please email us at sleep@hotelpillow.com to get a Return Authorization number and the correct address where returns should be sent prior to returning any items. Any shipments sent without a return authorization number will be refused.
